The HIX Shirt Splitter Stand provides your HIX machine with the capability to press only one side of a shirt while its other side hangs safely underneath the lower platen. This feature is called threadability, and allows for easier transfer by placing the zippers, pockets, and seams on the underside of the lower platen for easier heat transfer. This will also eliminate dye transfer by only pressing on the desired side.
