At HeatPressNation, we want to ensure you have the right equipment for your business; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the equipment in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item to our designated returns center with the RMA clearly marked.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit for quality assurance and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
